Work Location: Mainly in Our CUSTOMER Office (Bangkok – BTS Pholenchit Station)
Work Time: Monday – Friday: 8.30-17.30 *depend on our CUSTOMER schedule.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
-[Important] As an SES (System Engineering Service) engineer, you will be assigned to work on-site at a client company (a Japan-affiliated system integrator).
-Understanding customer business objectives and translating them into technical solutions.
-Building a cloud team by develop team capabilities to align with the company’s strategic goals for scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud services.
-Creating technical designs, defining the scope of work (SoW), and preparing bill of materials (BOM).
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
-Thai nationality only.
-Daily conversation level for both written and spoken English.
-Foundation/Associate degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or related field.
-Experience 1-3years or more in IT infrastructure design (Cloud/Server/Network/Security).
-Knowledge in Virtualization & On Prem Server, Storage, Microsoft 365, Backup Solution, Networking, Security and IT Infrastructure.
-Have an AWS/Azure/Microsoft certification will be advantage.
-Able to do on-site support and travel up-country.
-Able to deal with difficult situation and working under time constraints.
Passionate in learning new technology.
-Good team player.
-Service minded with excellent communication and coordination skills, positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn with multi-tasking.
