Responsibility:
• Response to the analytic from various sources (Google analytics and other systems) you will be expected to analyse web, social media performance
• Support the team by providing meaningful data insight to shape current and future content strategies
• Devise, set up, maintain projects and present a reporting that provides insight across the business
• Collect and process raw data to get some core insights on user behavior, needs, trends, habits, etc. in the digital channels
• Lead driving core insights from data to suggest improvement
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to assist with data collection and reporting
• Analysing website traffic and app usage for trends, using patterns to identify and quantify customer habits and behaviours.
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in related field
• Age between 23-35 years old
• At least 2 years experience
• Solid experience with web analytics programs & Excel.
• Highly motivated, resourceful problem solver with the ability to lead and interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Effective and convincing communication skills, feeling comfortable presenting.
