Responsibilities:

1. Onsite/ Implement/Training/Service/Preventive Maintenance to customers for Enterprise Infrastructure Solution Products (Server, Storage, Networking, Firewall, HyperConverge Infrastructure, VMware Solution, Data Protection and Disaster Recovery Solution)
2. Produce Implementation Plan
3. Track problems found during installation / configuration activities
4. Produce Implementation Document (Implement Diagram and Configuration)
5. Troubleshooting and problem solving.
6. Provide consulting to serve the customer need.
7. Track problems found during installation / configuration activities
8. Learning new technology and Product

Qualifications

1. Age 23-35 years old.
2. Bachelor degree in computer engineering, computer technology, computer science or related fields
3. 0 – 5 years work experience in Server, Storage or Networking Hardware/OS/Database/Application maintenance.
4. The Implementation and Maintenance skills with Windows Server 2003 or 2008 or 2012, Linux, Unix, Oracle, MSSQL, Exchange, SharePoint or Backup Software are the more preferable.
5. Moderate skill in TCP/IP Networking is required.
6. RHCE or MCSE or CCNA are more preferable.
7. Be able to responsible for Onsite/ Implement/Service/Preventive Maintenance to customers for Data Management Solution Products (Server, Storage, Networking, VMware, Backup and Archiving Software) and also can work overtime.
8. Good skill in analyzing and problem solving with service minded.
9. Give technical consultant to Sales and Pre-Sales Team.
10. Motivate to process self-study new technology.
11. Be able to travel outside of Bangkok
12. The state of your military service must be “No Military Service Obligation”
