Responsibilities:
- Onsite/ Implement/Training/Service/Preventive Maintenance to customers for Enterprise Infrastructure Solution Products (Server, Storage, Networking, Firewall, HyperConverge Infrastructure, VMware Solution, Data Protection and Disaster Recovery Solution)
- Produce Implementation Plan
- Track problems found during installation / configuration activities
- Produce Implementation Document (Implement Diagram and Configuration)
- Troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Provide consulting to serve the customer need.
- Track problems found during installation / configuration activities
- Learning new technology and Product
Qualifications
- Age 23-35 years old.
- Bachelor degree in computer engineering, computer technology, computer science or related fields
- 0 – 5 years work experience in Server, Storage or Networking Hardware/OS/Database/Application maintenance.
- The Implementation and Maintenance skills with Windows Server 2003 or 2008 or 2012, Linux, Unix, Oracle, MSSQL, Exchange, SharePoint or Backup Software are the more preferable.
- Moderate skill in TCP/IP Networking is required.
- RHCE or MCSE or CCNA are more preferable.
- Be able to responsible for Onsite/ Implement/Service/Preventive Maintenance to customers for Data Management Solution Products (Server, Storage, Networking, VMware, Backup and Archiving Software) and also can work overtime.
- Good skill in analyzing and problem solving with service minded.
- Give technical consultant to Sales and Pre-Sales Team.
- Motivate to process self-study new technology.
- Be able to travel outside of Bangkok
- The state of your military service must be “No Military Service Obligation”
