1. System Engineer / Senior System Engineer
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineer or any IT related fields
- At least 1 year experience in hardware, software, OS Microsoft Exchange, AD and backup application implementation
- Knowledge of Veritas NetBackup, Veeam Backup, VMWare and VMWare NSX implementation is a plus
- Strong skill and knowledge in Linux (Redhat/SUSE)
- Or having knowledge in Security Firewall (Checkpoint / FortiGate/ Juniper / Palo Alto)
- Or having knowledge in Network Product (Cisco / Dell Network / HP Procurve / LENOVO)
- Or having knowledge in Antivirus Product (Symantec / Trend micro / Kaspersky)
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment , Strong senses of customer service and team spirit
- Good English Skill (Reading and Writing)
- Install and setup OS for Intel Products such as Linux, Windows server, VMWare and related products
- Install and configure hardware and/or software solutions and make it ready to use for customer
- Track problems found during installation / configuration activities
- Implement Backup System or Security and Network products belongs to customer requirement
- Troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Document detailed system architecture
- Installing, managing and maintaining components in system architecture.
- Assist project team in doing performance test or POC
- Provide post installation and/or maintenance support for customer
2. Intel Solution Service Manager
- Master in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Hardware Intel Service, Software (Linux, Microsoft, Veritas, Veeam, VMWare, etc…)
- Ability to identify customer needs and issues, and able to develop realistic solutions to meet these expectations and to solve problems.
- Experienced customer relationship management skills.
- Advanced leadership, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong people management skills.
- Ability to work in a high pressure and tight timeline environment.
- Strong technical and operational knowledge.
- Continuous learning and professional development
- Good Command of spoken and written English
- Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints
- Experience in implementing and having expertise knowledge in Intel Product (Intel Server, Intel Software (Microsoft, Linux, Veritas, Veeam, VMWare, etc…)
- Manage and planning resources and deployment in alignment with implementation plan
- Ensure that all task is complete without any problems
- Provide high quality services to customers and becoming a business leader in line with the corporate strategy
- Be able to provide technical consultation for technical team
- Building up the team’s technical capabilities and skill development
- Escalating critical issues immediately for quick solutions in order to meet customer demands and solving technical problems.
- Understanding the competition and customer needs in the market.
- Building a highly motivated team.
- Manage budget and ensuring sustainable service
- Deliver professional presentation to client
- Coordinating with customers and internal / external in order to provide value added services in accordance with market demands.
