Qualifications :-
- Master in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Hardware Intel Service, Software (Linux, Microsoft, Veritas, Veeam, VMWare, etc…)
- Ability to identify customer needs and issues, and able to develop realistic solutions to meet these expectations and to solve problems.
- Experienced customer relationship management skills.
- Advanced leadership, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong people management skills.
- Ability to work in a high pressure and tight timeline environment.
- Strong technical and operational knowledge.
- Continuous learning and professional development
- Good Command of spoken and written English
- Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints
Responsibilities : Intel Solution Service Manager
- Experience in implementing and having expertise knowledge in Intel Product (Intel Server, Intel Software (Microsoft, Linux, Veritas, Veeam, VMWare, etc…)
- Manage and planning resources and deployment in alignment with implementation plan
- Ensure that all task is complete without any problems
- Provide high quality services to customers and becoming a business leader in line with the corporate strategy
- Be able to provide technical consultation for technical team
- Building up the team’s technical capabilities and skill development
- Escalating critical issues immediately for quick solutions in order to meet customer demands and solving technical problems.
- Understanding the competition and customer needs in the market.
- Building a highly motivated team.
- Manage budget and ensuring sustainable service
- Deliver professional presentation to client
- Coordinating with customers and internal / external in order to provide value added services in accordance with market demands.
Responsibilities : Project Manager
- Work with clients (management, IT, end users) to gather high-level business and system requirements and translate them into project scope, timeline and resource plans
- Lead & manage functional and technical teams to ensure that final products are high-quality and meet engagement requirements
- Provide regular engagement direction e.g. scope, vision, solution, methodology, technology, architecture, etc. to all team member including client personnel at times
- Manage & monitor engagement issues and escalate them to engagement committee when necessary
- Manage resources, timeline and budget
- Deliver professional presentation to client
- Provide leadership in driving the success of all projects
- Always ensure the process implemented deliver the good and right quality services / product to the customers
