Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, project managers and developers to design test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare detailed test plans outlining testing scope, exclusions, scheduling and approach suitable for review and sign off by clients and deployment managers.
• Raise any defects found during testing and escalate it in accordance with guidelines and procedures.
  Analyze test results and publish daily test reports.
  Participate and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand ups and sprint reviews.
  Identify, report and mitigate quality related risks and take appropriate action.
  Provide mentoring and coaching of test team members in testing techniques, methods and systems.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years up and have experience in application testing, testing concept and testing methodology.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and approaches.
• Experience using automated testing tools and understanding how they contribute to effective testing outcomes.
• Experience using performance testing tools and understanding how to interpret the test result and working with development team and operation team to elevate the system performance
• Experience in a software test automation role
