Qualification
- Education/Degree วุฒิการศึกษา/สาขา: Bachelor ‘s Degree or Master ‘s Degree in information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related area or equivalent
- Experience ประสบการณ์: At least 3 years experienced in IT system admins, system analyst.
Knowledge/Skill
- Technical knowledge and hands on in Enterprise system/server and networking.
- Technical experience in Virtualizing environments and Backup System.
- Technical experience in Storage environments.
- Basic knowledge of networking and TCP/IP.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills
- Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints.
Responsibility Job Description
- Accountability and ownership of the server infrastructure design, deployment, growth and maintenance.
- Accountable for configuration, installation, integration and operating support systems on multiple platforms.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot all the PC hardware and software issues.
- Ensure constant capacity and performance of infrastructures. (servers and operating systems)
- Third Parties and Vender coordinator (Purchase, Technical Services, MA, Send to repair, etc.)
- Providing technical support to users either face to face, remote or over the telephone to help setup systems or resolve issues.
- Document and communicate all changes to internal IT parties (sectors Infrastructure, Application development and support)
