nForce Secure – System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales in term of technical to close the deal
• Collect and analyze client’s business requirement for system
• Identify the difference between system and client’s requirement and provide the solution
• Conduct POC (Proof of Concept)
• Create and comply technical specification for bidding
• Provide and conform SLA  (Service Level Agreement) to customer
• Solve technical issues and problems on timely manner
• Escalate problems to vendors ( Software bug, hardware problems, configuration, etc)
• Provide Technical Training to customer

Qualifications:

• Thai male / female  at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Network Engineer or related field
• Age between 23-35 years old
• Experiences 2-10 years in IT related filed
• Knowledge of Router, Switches, Firewall, Networking and Security products.
• Experience in Operating System Unix/Linux environment would be advantages.
• Able to travel to work upcountry
• Pleasant, outgoing personality, positive attitude, reliable, good communication skills and systematic thinking
• Good command of English skills
