We are looking for a seasoned Magento Developer/Programmer to join our team to be in charge of developing, maintaining, and improving our eCommerce websites.

Working Hours
- Standard office working time: Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM (including one hour break for lunch).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, test, and deploy new features and improvements for the company eCommerce website www.achadirect.com and 3 other associated websites, creating modules and/or front-end client Javascript code
- Proactively identify and fix issues/bugs
- Maintain and enhance integration between the website and existing business systems (ERP, BI tools)
- Develop and manage a customized eCommerce system to the company needs
- Create and maintain useful documentation for technical and non-technical users
- Monitoring and maintenance of the company websites and servers
- Meeting with the design team to discuss the needs of the company
- Building and configuring Magento 1x and 2x eCommerce websites
- Coding of Magento templates
- Developing Magento modules in PHP using best practices
- Designing themes and interfaces
- Setting performance tasks and goals
- Troubleshooting integration issues
- Updating website features and security patches
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in PHP based eCommerce Websites, including server setup and configuration
- At least 2 years of Magento experience on customizations, and at least 1 year of experience specifically on Magento 2
- Experience with Magento 1 to 2 migration
- Strong theoretical background in software engineering and object-oriented programming
- Strong understanding of database management and database design
- Ability to create PHP shell scripts to manage bulk data processing and MySQL
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following: Angular, REACT, or Vue.js
- Skilled in CSS3, jQuery, and HTML5
- Experience using and helping to manage code repositories using Git or Subversion
- Magento certifications (especially Associate or Professional backend certifications in Magento 2) are a plus
- We suggest submitting a small portfolio, Git/Bitbucket Repo or at least a code sample as proof of experience
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Service minded and willingness to help other departments
- Thai nationality and foreigners alike
- Thai nationals with a second nationality are preferable (Western mindset)
