Project Management Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

To work with key users in planning out task completion activities, including scoping, input needs, efforts, timeline and expected deliverables
To follow up with Key Users on assigned tasks and timeline, based on priority
To hold periodical standup meetings with Key users and Consultants
To arrange for periodical meeting to follow up on task status and update to Global Team
To act as communication linkage between local Key Users, Consultants and Global Team, and to convey problems, issues, status of task, of local Team to Global Team
To track and update task status of local key users, and update to local Management and Global Team, on Weekly or Daily basis.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Management role successfully leading full life-cycle business process and/or Information Technology projects, on time and on budget to client’s satisfaction
Proven Project Management experience implementing an ERP solution (preference for Dynamics AX, SAP, NAV, or equivalent ERP Solutions)
Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management (including business and IT C-level staff) and customers/vendors
Balance of business knowledge and people management skills
Ability to develop project proposals, comprehensive project budgets, and plans and to contribute extensively through entire engagement lifecycle from sales to delivery
Applied experience with Project Management principles, practices, and methodologies such as RUP, EUP, AGILE, SCRUM, CMM, etc.
Able to communicate in Thai and English (Written, Spoken)
