Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist (IT) to join us for the next exciting stage of our development.
You will have the opportunity to join a multi-national team from 20 different countries and work within a company that continues to experience significant growth.

Design and actively participate in the recruitment process and system.

Source top talent using a variety of creative techniques and manage the existing pipeline of candidates. This will include outreach techniques to find passive candidates via multiple channels.

Manage hiring manager expectations and develop processes around interviewing

Perform pre-screening calls and interviews to analyze applicant’s abilities and fit to company culture

Coordinate technical tests as needed.
Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Support new hire on-boarding through probation to ensure a smooth experience.

Prepare reports for management.

Participate in employer branding activities.

Assist with other human resource related tasks.
Ideally you bring a mix of the following skills and experiences:

Thai Nationality or Fluent in written and spoken Thai.

Fluent in written and spoken English

Minimum 5 years’ experience across both internal Talent Acquisition and external Recruitment Consultancy.

Minimum 3 years’ experience recruiting for IT / Technology based roles.

Experience with direct Headhunting for niche skill sets.

Preference will be given to those who have experience recruiting for both permanent and contract / outsourced requirements.

Experience working in a multi-national environment.
