As Tech Lead iOS you will be technically responsible for the mobile development team.

Key responsibilities will be to take ownership of the technical aspect of the company’s iOS applications, provide technical leadership to the iOS team, assisting extending the team with the right talent and grow our reputation as an expert in the industry

Responsibilities:

? Architect and build native iOS applications
? Provide solution architecture for applications, in cooperation with other team members such as cloud architects
? Understand the big picture and the high-level engineering project details
? Answering technical questions that team or stakeholders have
? Be responsible for the performance and quality of mobile applications

⚡️ Technical leadership and team building ⚡️
? Helping the team resolve difficult engineering problems
? Reviewing the decisions the team makes to ensure consistency and alignment with the documented development process in the team
? Knowing team members strengths and weaknesses
? Create and update development plans for team members
? Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members
? Take lead in job interviews and help to grow the team

? Keep up to date on related technology
? Help with technical pre-sales
? Help to grow our reputation as an expert in meetings with clients and the industry
? Define the development process and tooling for the iOS team
? Help to define the CI/CD process in cooperation with other team members such as Head of Engineering and Head of QA
? Bridge communication between your team and other teams, such as the design team

Qualifications:
? BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
? Solid of software development experience
? Solid iOS development experience (Cocoa, UIKit, Swift and XCode)
? Experience in managing the team
? Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
? Strong understanding of software design patterns
? Strong understanding of mobile development concept such as offline, caching, security, lifecycle, error handling, network connectivity, asynchronous and reactive programming
? Knowledge of iOS distribution mechanics and signing
? Experience using different dependency management tools
? Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store
? Experience with de-facto third-party libraries and APIs
? Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
? Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
? Fastlane knowledge is a bonus.
? Good command of English, both written and oral
? Thai or Expat who live in Thailand
