Duties & Responsibilities
• Post sales service support for BOD or EDS customer.
• Follow the ITSS dispatch job process.
• Troubleshooting and find out the root cause of issues and fix an issue.
• Provide and deliver the Preventive Maintenance (PM) to customer.
• Work with customer IT admin to find out the issue of customer network/computer environment,
• system data, Software Information and Software License.
• Summary the work result by weekly then report to Senior System Engineering and function manager.
• Develop her/himself to improve and maintain knowledge and skill.
• Operate and maintain company asset, tools, and equipment, taking care not to damage or lose it.
• Bachelor graduated from IT, Science, Information Technology, or IT concern
• Internal job transfer from Customer Engineer (CSS/CE) by minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Internal job transfer from Technical Specialist (CSS/TSP.).
• Have skill and knowledge in some function of Windows OS, VM or Computer Network skill.
• Ability to communicate effectively
