B3 Technology – Account Executive – Salary (Nego)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of Sales Representatives that serve as the initial sales engagement to potential net-new customers.
  • Drive the development of sales skills, including inbound/outbound prospecting, lead/qualification, and objection handling.
  • Teach, coach and mentor the next generation of successful sales professionals.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications.
  • Participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, and in-person customer meetings.
  • Comfortable with Contract negotiation
  • Skilled with account planning, reporting, and coordinating what assistance you need from other areas of the business such as bid team, Technical/Solution Architects, etc.

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development with knowledge of SaaS or Salesforce applications (a plus)
  • Track record of successful business development in enterprise solutions, software, or tech sales environment.
  • Proven sales skills delivering inbound & outbound experiences and building strong relationships at multiple levels within an organization.
  • Experience managing all areas of the BDR process including account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
  • Fluency in English
  • Highly motivated and ambitious.
  • At least 1-2 years of lead generation/selling experiences.
  • Team player and ability to work in a high energy sales environment.
