Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
- Create functional specifications and design documents
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment of solutions
- Provide ongoing support and training to users of the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with other teams, including developers and administrators, to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in business analyst
- Experience in Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions will be considered
- Good command of English
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and good analytical skills
- Positive attitude, able to work hard, high responsibility and good teamwork
