Role and Responsibilities

• Learning and understanding the current business and system with the infrastructure.
• Responsible for gathering business and functional requirements.
• Prioritize requirements from the various business team
• Responsible for creating and maintaining related documents such as Business requirements, Business flow, training document and user manual etc.
• Coordinate with development teams, users, and third parties/vendors to support the development process.
• Work with the Technical and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
• Test the system that is developed to meet the requirements of the system.
• Maintaining the system in accordance with the requirements for the use of the system.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Information system at least 3 years
• Experience in Financial Business
• Experience in development life cycle and process
• Understand the overview of the application (Mobile app, Web app, API Service, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructures and communication protocol. (HTTP, HTTPS, firewall, virtual machines)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
