Role and Responsibilities
- Learning and understanding the current business and system with the infrastructure.
- Responsible for gathering business and functional requirements.
- Prioritize requirements from the various business team
- Responsible for creating and maintaining related documents such as Business requirements, Business flow, training document and user manual etc.
- Coordinate with development teams, users, and third parties/vendors to support the development process.
- Work with the Technical and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
- Test the system that is developed to meet the requirements of the system.
- Maintaining the system in accordance with the requirements for the use of the system.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Information system at least 3 years
- Experience in Financial Business
- Experience in development life cycle and process
- Understand the overview of the application (Mobile app, Web app, API Service, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructures and communication protocol. (HTTP, HTTPS, firewall, virtual machines)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
