หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
– Own cloud infrastructure and environments (DEV/SIT/UAT/PRD)
– Maintain and improve CI/CD (build, test, deploy, rollback), release readiness, and change control
– Implement and operate observability: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, dashboards, SLOs
– Manage uptime/performance: capacity planning, scaling, performance tuning, cost monitoring
– Operate backups, disaster recovery, and environment reliability checks
– Manage secrets and access: IAM, key rotation, least-privilege, audit logs
– Drive operational maturity: runbooks, incident playbooks, on-call processes, postmortems
– Coordinate infrastructure/security remediations (patching, vulnerabilities, dependency risks)
– Own L2 tickets end-to-end: triage → reproduce → diagnose → mitigate → verify
– Investigate production issues using logs/metrics/traces and database queries (SQL)
– Troubleshoot hospital environment & onboarding issues
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
– 2+ years in DevOps/SRE/Production Engineering and/or L2 application support for a software product
– Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure + Linux/CLI
– Solid troubleshooting skills: logs, APIs, SQL, root-cause analysis
– Experience running/maintaining CI/CD and infrastructure automation (Terraform/IaC preferred)
– Familiarity with containers (Docker); Kubernetes is a plus
– Strong communication: can write incident updates and handle enterprise stakeholder calls calmly
– Willing to participate in an on-call rotation (and go-live/hypercare windows)
– Observability stacks: Datadog, Grafana/Prometheus, ELK/Splunk, OpenTelemetry
– Security/compliance exposure: PDPA/HIPAA concepts, ISO27001/SOC2-style controls, evidence collection
– Experience supporting regulated customers with change control and access governance
