About the Role:
Network Engineer is responsible for the operation, stability, and security of the bank’s network
infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity for all banking systems and services. This role supports cloud
and on-premise network environments and plays a key role in maintaining high availability and secure
communications within a regulated Virtual Bank environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor network infrastructure including cloud networking, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity
  services.
• Ensure network availability, performance, and capacity meet business and operational requirements.
• Perform network configuration, changes, and maintenance according to approved procedures.
• Respond to and resolve network-related incidents and alerts.
• Support firewall rule changes, VPN setup, and secure connectivity.
• Assist with network security controls, logging, and monitoring.
• Support network backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Application, and Security teams to support system integration.
• Maintain network diagrams, configuration documentation, and operational runbooks.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and regulatory reviews as required.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with network technologies such as routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience with cloud networking (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP is a plus).
• Basic understanding of network security concepts and controls.
• Experience supporting production or 24×7 environments is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Relevant network certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
• Proficient in Thai and English at intermediate level or above, sufficient for technical discussions,
  meetings, and written documentation
• English test score (e.g. TOEIC 550+, IELTS 5.5+, or equivalent)
