Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Tech Sales professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored digital solutions that create real business impact.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on B2B clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
Understand client challenges and translate them into effective digital solutions
Present and pitch MTEL’s services (custom software, system integration, digital transformation)
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Work closely with internal teams (Business Analyst, Design, Development) to deliver solutions
Prepare proposals, project scopes, and quotations
Track sales performance and maintain accurate pipeline reports
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscape
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in tech, software, or digital agency
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Experience selling digital solutions, software, or IT services
Understanding of UX/UI, web/mobile development, or system integration
Experience working with enterprise clients
Existing network of business contacts
