IT Coordinator: 5 Positions
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Infrastructure team and development team
- manage server/network e.g. server provision process, firewall process
- manage authorization e.g. reset root password
- Manage and monitor changes process for production deployment
- Help developers setting up and deploying testing environments
- Support and coordinate production incidents
Qualifications:
- Previous working experience as IT coordinator or similar role
- Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated
- In-depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, databases and applications
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Any relevant additional certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) will be an advantage
- Male/Female & Thai nationality only & able to work at customer site. (Muangthong Thani)
