Responsibilities:
-Gather users’ requirement and concern to develop new ideas that improves overall system performance
-Write down system specification and hand over to vendors (internal and/or external) for further development
-Study system and process flow to streamline its operations thru new application development or new business flow design
-Provide overall support related to systems
-Maintain and supervise database operations, solve any related problems occurred
-Deal with external vendors in case of outsourcing, evaluate and negotiate initially on budget, plan, timeframe and requirements

Required Skills:
-Age not over 30 years
-Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
-At lease 3 – 4 years working experience in IT or related fields
-Able to communicated in English both speaking and writing
-Has good problem–solving and analytical skills
-Negotiation skill is required if dealing with vendors
