Vice President – Information Technology/ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้อำนวยการส่วนงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
Job Description :
- Set strategy for IT infrastructure, software capabilities and digital platforms for current and future organizational needs.
- Develop and execute on company-wide IT road map for the next 5 years to support growth and scale up of SILKSPAN
- Develop and manage the core technology infrastructure and design IT systems and platform to improve customer experienced.
- Lead teams responsible for the development and management of core digital platforms; website and Mobile.
- Monitor technology changes to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage.
- Oversee the technological infrastructure (network and computer system) in the organization to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain security of all data and implement disaster recovery and backup procedures for all computer system and test to ensure reliability in case of a system failure or disaster.
- Direct and prioritize the day to day activities of infrastructure, networking, and monitoring system
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
- Age over 35. At least 10 years of experience in analyse business requirement and design, leading software & application development and support team.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
- Able to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels effectively in a matrix-management environment.
- Develop and communicate organizational objectives, inspire and motivate team members to achieve results.
- Deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies, software and mobile application development and analysis.
- Able to build innovative systems that integrate seamlessly with legacy systems.
