Responsibilities:
- Take control of our project portfolio
- Maintain status and progress reports on all digital activities, reporting weekly
- Work with international clients to understand business and marketing needs
- Create and manage the delivery of web design, web development and marketing projects
- Create comprehensive reports based on quantitative and qualitative data from Analytics and other data sources
- Use SEO and SEM tools to generate accurate and effective online marketing proposals
- Implement solutions by monitoring project progress, conducting design and implementation reviews, resolving issues and coordinating inputs from clients.
- Assure timeliness and quality of deliverables through site design and development, testing and deployment
- Support the design and development teams with technical advice.
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Ensure the team and resources are being utilised fully and up to the current digital standards.
- Develop detailed project plans using our ERP and monitor progress.
- Collaborate and allocate resources within the internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
- Collaborate and report to clients on project updates, timeline and basic day-to-day communication. Also, being able to see new business potential and update Account Manager or Business Development accordingly.
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
- Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years project management experience on complex website and development projects
- 5+ years’ experience managing web based marketing and advertising projects, specifically in regards to SEO and SEM
- 5+ years experience managing projects with specific digital strategy components.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Excellent command in English and Thai
- Strong leadership, active and always up to date with current digital knowledge and trends of the internet.
- A team player with experience putting the right man on the right job.
- Hands on experience with project management software, like Smartsheet, Slack, Trello, Jira and able to recommend other tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem solving ability.
- Hands on experience with data analytics including Google Data Studio and/or Power BI
- Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design, web development workflows, implementation processes, and best practices for managing websites.
- Experiential knowledge of SEO, SEM and Social Media best practices, industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with Content Management systems WordPress, Drupal and HTML5/CSS3
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, WMT, GTMetrix and the optimisation opportunities which result
- Knowledge of server administration, and dev ops is desirable
- Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Experience working with hotel/hospitality industry is a plus.
